Ingredients: 100% Sun Dried Wildcrafted Sea Moss

Directions: Rinse and clean a portion of sea moss you want to blend.  Be mindful that it can expand 3-5 times so a little goes a long way.  Soak in spring water and sliced lime for a minimum of 6 hours maximum 48 hours.  Put sea moss in a blender and add water until it covers sea moss half way.  Blend for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth.
