In 2021, during the midst of the pandemic, we decided to add sea moss into our diet as a way to boost our immune system. We started experimenting with sea moss gel infusions and noticed improvements in our overall health including a boost in energy. We loved it so much, we started sharing the gels with family and they loved it too.
